Habitación grande hermosa y de buen gusto. Muy limpio. El desayuno fue maravilloso. Se puede pedir una buena opción en el buffet todos los días y comida caliente. Buenos consejos sobre restaurantes para comer por la noche. Personal muy bueno y servicial. ¡Espero volver pronto!

Mi marido y yo nos encantó este hotel. El edificio y las habitaciones son hermosos. También estaba tranquilo. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era enorme. Agua y refrescos gratis en el mini bar todos los días fue un buen toque. El desayuno era realmente bueno. Había comidas diferentes todos los días. El personal era amable y servicial. La ubicación es increíble. ¡No sé por qué te quedarías en otro sitio de Ciutadella!

Hotel muy bien situado con muy buen servicio y que mantiene el encanto de una casa de más de tres siglos. Ambiente estupendo para descansar y relajarse después de un día de visitas por la isla. Muy recomendable.

Nos ha encantado el conjunto de todo, edificio, baño , limpieza , servicios , todo de 10. Tienen abierto un bar sin camareros que confía en la buena fe de los clientes de que apunten lo que toman , da gusto que siga habiendo sitios que confíen en las personas algo súper curioso q por desgracia no se suele ver. La piscina suficiente y muy mona para darse un baño tras un día de playa.

Excellent taste in furniture and design, Impeccable service, Flexibility. We had delivery food catered to our room while we were away. Beach umbrella and towels provided by the hotel, weather forecast and daily informations on the best beaches. Tasty, km-0 breakfast. Great experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the cathedral. We stayed on the second floor and it was very peaceful and tranquil. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed and bath in the room. Grand building with a stone staircase running through the centre and pretty terrace for breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The location was perfect for our itinerary. We know the area well and had no trouble parking our rented car. The self-check-in system is very good and convenient. We visited out of season and did not expect the full customer service we received. Very pleased on all counts.
